Anil Kaul

ImageIn addition to providing overall leadership to AbsolutData Research and Analytics, Anil is engaged across our client community. Anil is a well known authority on Marketing Research and Analytics, with over 16 years of pure research experience in marketing, strategic consulting and quantitative modeling. Anil is a PhD in marketing from Cornell University. He gained valuable experience in consulting over 20 Fortune 500 companies during the 4 years he spent with McKinsey & Co. in New York. Thereafter he joined Anubis Inc., an innovative data warehousing start-up in San Francisco bay area, as a part of the four-member top management team. Anil led the repositioning of Anubis from a pure technology play to an e-marketing analysis company by developing a cutting edge e-analysis software product. This repositioning eventually led to Anubis being acquired by Personify. Anil is also a voracious reader and an intuitive writer. He has published many articles in leading management and academic journals such as McKinsey Quarterly, Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research and International Journal of Research in Marketing. One of his papers was nominated for “Paul Green Award” by the American Marketing Association. He has also addressed many gatherings at McKinsey & Co., Dartmouth College, Cornell University, Yale University, Columbia University and New York University.

Sudeshna Datta
Executive Vice President and Co-founder
Sudeshna DuttaSudeshna is a member of the executive management team at AbsolutData and leads the Corporate Development, Human Resources and Marketing functions.
Sudeshna brings with her over a decade of experience in general management and marketing. Sudeshna is a MBA in marketing from Cornell University. During the span of her career, she has held prestigious roles as Business Development Manager at Pfizer, New York, and Brand Manager at Kraft Foods, Chicago. At Kraft Foods, she led multiple large cross-functional teams to deliver substantial volume and profits and was responsible for more than $150 million in P&L. She also led the development and implementation of a turnaround strategy for a core brand for the Oscar Mayer division at Kraft Foods that involved process re-engineering, extensive market research and data analysis.

Suhale Kapoor
Executive Vice President and Co-founder
Suhale Suhale leads the India Operations of AbsolutData Research and Analytics. Suhale has over a decade of significant experience in international trade, industrial marketing, logistics and information management systems. He is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He spent over 5 years with Mitsubishi Corporation where he led the re-engineering of a major business process.

J R BultJR Bult steps into the role of Sr. VP, Analytics, with 18 years of best-in-class experience in marketing strategy, marketing analytics, database marketing, and market research. His work spans a wide range of industries including financial services, automotive, travel and tourism, CPG, telecom, computer, retail, and pharmaceuticals. Over the past years, he has made instrumental contributions and won numerous awards in the field of CRM/Direct Marketing. He also has the distinction of publishing several articles in leading industry journals and being invited as a speaker at many academic and industry conferences. At different times in his career, he has worked for prestigious clients like American Express, MasterCard, GM, P&G, Coca Cola, and AT&T. JR is based in Miami.

Jim Huttenberger
Director-Client Development
During a career spanning over 20 years, Jim has extensively assisted Fortune 500 companies better understand how to address a variety of challenging business issues through insightful and actionable market research. He has a strong background in a variety of research issues including Customer Satisfaction/Loyalty, Brand Equity and Positioning, and New Product Development and Concept Testing and has added significant value in the areas of market research, marketing consulting and client development across industries like Financial Services, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Healthcare, and Travel/Hospitality. Before joining AbsolutData, Jim has worked for several global market research companies, such as Morpace International, MARC Research, TNS/Intersearch, and Opinion Research Corporation. Jim is based out of Los Angeles,CA.

Todd Milligan
Director-Business Development
Todd comes to AbsolutData with over 15 years of experience in building collaborative relationships across a broad base of clients and industries. He has a strong grasp on various market research tools and processes, including syndicated data, merchandising systems and consumer data. Immediately before joining AbsolutData, Todd served as Director, Business Development at Nielsen for over 9 years, accountable for targeting, communication, negotiation, sell-in & implementation of long-term partnership agreements for all mid to large size Prospects in the Western United States. Todd is based out of our San Fransisco office and is leading business development efforts with a focus on Analytics.
