Anil Kaul, Co-Founder & CEO, AbsolutData Research & Analytics, was invited to be the chairperson of the two day seminar on Mapping Customer Intelligence-Know thy Customer held on 25 -26 September in Mumbai. The panel of speakers comprised of distinguished corporate decision makers and the seminar was attended by several delegates from leading organizations across sectors like Telecom, IT, Retail, Financial services, Airlines etc. The event commenced with a welcome address by Anil.

Day Two of the seminar began with Anil addressing the attendees on using Advanced Analytics to Enhance Customer Intelligence in which he explained how advanced analytics is a must to develop a deeper understanding of customers leading to successful marketing strategies. He also shared valuable insights on how companies have successfully leveraged Analytical techniques to win and sustain competitive advantage in the global market place.
