Position Summary:

We are looking for an adobe tools experienced marketing analyst to help us in executing campaigns and to run marketing operations. You will be an integral part of marketing campaigns—from researching trends to campaign execution using Adobe Campaign. As part of the Digital team, you will get a breadth of experience by supporting a variety of day-to-day marketing activities on latest marketing technology tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with clients to understand and deliver campaigns.
  • Creating campaign briefs based on understanding of client solutions and translating a client business requirement into solution deliverables in terms of data, scheduling, targeting and other campaign based criteria
  • Working with partner technologies including Adobe Campaign to plan, build and deploy campaign workflows
  • Working with partner technologies including Adobe Campaign and tableau reporting to evaluate and analyses campaign performance.
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign activity against agreed metrics.
  • Managing change requests for existing and future planned campaigns
  • Can translate marketing briefs into technical delivery requirements
  • Works closely with client teams to create highly accurate and efficient campaign processes
  • Builds on client’s business through recommending, fostering, creating and delivering effectively
  • Challenges direction or the status quo, and seeks alternate perspectives and approaches in developing effective campaigns where appropriate

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working within campaign management on agency or client side
  • Technical experience of working with Adobe Campaign, Marketo, IBM Unica, Responsys, Exact Target or other similar cross channel marketing technologies.
  • Familiarity in data manipulation using tools such as SQL, Teradata, Oracle and other database technologies would be highly beneficial
  • Highly numerate
  • Experience of campaign development processes from brief to execution
  • Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Detailed-oriented and proactive attitude
  • Must be highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects / campaigns
  • Strong project management/organizational skills
  • Ability to use spreadsheets, create graphs, analyze data and spot trends
  • Understanding of customer segmentation
  • Strong technical and analytics skills
