Technical Lead – Business Intelligence

Job Description:

  • Oversee a specific geographic region, own a marketing budget, and indirectly lead a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Identify high-potential growth countries using market research, marketing metrics, and business insights
  • Develop growth minded market entry and expansion strategies across site, product, content, and marketing channels to drive aggressive year-over-year revenue growth
  • Leverage data science models to identify new use cases to optimize marketing investment
  • Oversee cross-functional execution of marketing strategies by collaborating with internal teams and outside agencies
  • Measure marketing’s return on investment and compile summary reports each quarter to communicate results and next steps to executives

Preferred Details:

  • 5+ years of consulting, finance, strategy, or marketing analytics experience
  • MBA or Masters degree in an analytical field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate strategy and insights at every level of the company
  • Strong analytical skills including experience defining and using relevant metrics (e.g., CAC, ROI, etc.), and experience performing data analysis to identify trends and measure impact
  • Experience in cross-platform marketing (mobile, desktop) preferred
  • Track record of leading change and implementing new initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and part of a geographically diverse team and building cooperative relationships
  • Motivated and intellectually curious individual who is ready to dig into data, pay high attention to detail, and develop solutions to problems
  • International work experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
